Service Agreement

Page + Pitch will provide the website, presentation, Launch Kit, and any add-ons listed in the package purchased at checkout. Work outside that purchased scope requires separate written approval and payment.

Before the full build begins, Page + Pitch may share two or three layout or style directions using screenshots, references, or a rough draft. The client will select and approve one direction in writing. A new direction requested after approval is a change request, not a revision.

The $497 One-Page Site, the Launch Kit, and all presentation packages are paid in full before work begins. Founding client website and deck packages are also paid in full before work begins. The $1,497 Multi-Page Site requires a 50% deposit of $748.50 to book the project and a final payment of $748.50 before launch, final files, or handoff. Website care is billed separately after launch according to the option purchased.

The Multi-Page Site deposit becomes nonrefundable when creative work begins. Because the One-Page Site, Launch Kit, founding client packages, and all presentation packages are paid in full before work begins, all sales for those packages are final. No refunds are issued after work begins for any package. The included revision process is the client's remedy for reasonable dissatisfaction that remains within the approved direction and purchased scope.

The project timeline begins only after the required payment and a complete intake have been received. The client is responsible for supplying all requested photos, service and pricing details, booking link, business hours, social-media handle, biography copy, logo files, and other required content before day one.

Missing or late materials pause the schedule and may move the delivery date. Page + Pitch will communicate any revised timing in writing.

A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback submitted in a single email within five business days of delivery. Feedback sent piecemeal across separate messages or days may count as multiple rounds.

Revisions include reasonable color adjustments, copy edits, photo swaps, repositioning an existing section, and font-size changes that remain within the approved direction and purchased scope.

The purchased package includes only the revision rounds listed on the pricing page. Additional rounds cost $95 for a One-Page Site, $175 for a Multi-Page Site, and $50 for a presentation. Additional work begins after written approval and payment.

A change request alters the approved scope or direction. Examples include adding a page, changing the booking platform, requesting a new layout direction after approval, rebranding during the project, or adding e-commerce.

Added website pages cost $150 per page. Other change requests will be quoted separately based on the work required. Page + Pitch will not begin a change request until the client approves the price and timing in writing.

The client promises that it owns, has licensed, or has written permission to use every photo, video, logo, font, testimonial, before-and-after image, client likeness, written item, and other material it gives Page + Pitch. The client is responsible for securing releases and permissions from photographed or quoted people.

The client will defend, indemnify, and hold Page + Pitch harmless from claims, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from materials supplied or directed by the client. Page + Pitch may promptly remove or disable disputed material after receiving a credible request from a rights holder.

Delivery estimates assume prompt, consolidated feedback and a complete intake. The client agrees to review each delivery and respond within five business days. Website launch requires the client's final written approval.

Page + Pitch owns the site, designs, and included files until every amount due for the project has been paid. After final payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client, subject to third-party licenses. Page + Pitch retains unused concepts, working files not included in the package, reusable methods, and pre-existing materials.

For seven calendar days after website launch or final presentation delivery, Page + Pitch will correct at no charge any broken link, booking form that does not send, mobile layout problem, or typo introduced by Page + Pitch. New content, client-requested edits, extra pages or slides, third-party changes, and new creative direction are excluded.

If the client does not provide a required response or material for 14 calendar days, the project is paused and its place in the schedule is released. If the client remains unresponsive for 30 calendar days, Page + Pitch may close the project and retain the deposit or project payment already earned.

Restarting a closed project is subject to availability, updated timing, and a reactivation fee equal to 25% of the original package price, paid before the project is rescheduled.

Websites may rely on Lovable, booking tools, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, fonts, stock media, social platforms, and other outside services. Page + Pitch is not responsible for their outages, pricing changes, feature removals, account restrictions, policy changes, or failures.

Client-specific hosting, domain, booking, payment, and subscription accounts must be opened in the client's legal name and paid with the client's card. Page + Pitch will not own or hold a client's domain and will not advance or reimburse ongoing subscription costs.

The client is responsible for legal and industry compliance, including accessibility and ADA obligations, privacy policies, cookie notices, email and text-message marketing consent, professional rules, and the accuracy and legality of business claims. A basic privacy-policy page may be offered as a convenience, but it is not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance.

Page + Pitch does not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, bookings, sales, funding, audience growth, revenue, or any other business result.

Unless the client opts out in writing before launch, Page + Pitch may display completed work, the business name, and a project description in its portfolio, case studies, social media, and marketing. Confidential client information will not be shared.

To the extent allowed by law, Page + Pitch's total liability relating to a project will not exceed the amount the client paid for that project.

The client will name one decision-maker. All approvals, consolidated feedback, scope changes, and scheduling decisions must come from that person by email. Instagram, text, and other social-media messages do not count as formal feedback or approval.

This agreement, the purchased package, approved add-ons, and written change requests make up the service agreement. By checking the agreement box and continuing to payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the version shown at checkout.
